Here is a graphical view of April’s residential Real Estate Sales for Bellingham as compared to last year. Looks like we had a slight decrease in average sales price. 9 fewer homes sold this year and they took 12 more days to sell. I will have a similar chart for condo’s in Bellingham coming soon.
