The weekend tour runs from 10am – 6pm, Saturday and Sunday,There are more than 20 local island artists involved showing drawings, pottery, paintings, photography, sculpture and more.

Bellingham Welders Rodeo “From scrap pile to sculpture in just 8 hours!” It all happens at the Bellingham Technical College. The amateurs will be competing on Friday May 18th and the Professionals on Saturday May 19. The works will be auctioned off in a
SILENT AUCTION of completed amateur sculptures begins Friday at 1:00 p.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m. Saturday LIVE AUCTION of completed professional sculptures begins on Saturday at 5:15 p.m. Proceeds from both actions benefit the BTC Welding Technology Program, student scholaships & the Welding Rodeo Event.
If you are looking for something different to do Saturday check out the the Bellingham Juggling Festival, Public Show will be at 4:30 pm at Maritime Heritage Park. If you are a hardcore juggler there is a weekends worth of activities for you to check out at their website. Always something interesting to do this time of year, often lots of choices to keep you entertained.
