Ferndale is celebrating the coming of October a bit erly this year, the 3rd Annual Ferndale Octoberfest will be held in Pioneer Park in Ferndale from noon to 10pm.
The second annual Octoberfest is a fundraiser to raise money and promote public awareness for the Double Dome Community Aqua Park.
Whatcom County’s own groups will play music on the main stage, acoustic music in the barn, local beer and root beer and German food will be available. There will even be a bonfire
There will also be games of like Schtumpenslagen and Vegetable Justice, you’ve got to go to find out what they are.
Admission is 5 dollars for adults 1 dollar for kids under 15.
