Deming Real Estate
Deming, WA is
a small rural area located along the Mt. Baker Highway just past Nuggents
corner. Deming sits along the banks of the Nooksack River and is a popular
area for swimming and tubing in the summer. Deming is also home to the
Nooksack River Casino located along the small business strip on the
highway. There are several Christmas tree farms in the area, as well
as a vineyard and True Log Homes.
The area is
also home to The Deming Logging Show. The purpose of the annual event
is to help injured loggers and their families in times of need, by sending
them a disability check. In 1962, the first Deming Logging Show took
was held in a field outside of Deming. Six years later, the Deming Logging
Show moved a few miles to it's new home.
Deming homes are inexpensive compared to those in neighboring Bellingham
and can be a great investment. Much of Deming real estate contains properties
with acreage perfect for farming and raising berries.
