The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission Folk Arts in the Parks Program is sponsoring its third series of afternoon cultural performances at Peace Arch State Park on Sunday afternoons in Blaine in the month of August starting today at 2pm.
The concerts celebrate the diverse cultures of the Pacific Northwest and feature dance and music performers from Croation, Vietnamese, Hmong and Hispanic cultures.
All of the concerts are on the U.S. side of the International Park just south of the U.S. Kitchen facility.
Today’s concert features Ruže Dalmatinke (Dalmatian Roses) representing Croatia.
