It seems next to impossible to find good news about the real estate market or any other market for that matter these days. Well here’s a good news story from the Wall Street Journal predicting that Belleghem will be the #5 market to rise in price this year.
Yes their project price increases for 2011 is +4.9% and 12.4% by 2012. Three of the top 5 rising markets in their predictions are in Washington State, with Tacoma coming in #3 and Spokane #4.
It’s great to see some positive news, there’ll be lots of happy folks here in Bellingham if the predictions come true.
