Here’s a quick analysis of the Bellingham Residential Real Estate Market for March 2012.
Wow sales have really picked up over last month in number and price and have picked up in price over last year. The number of homes on the market is really low compared to years past at this time of year, and buyers are starting to come back to the market, that could lead to several people looking and even bidding on the same house. (I’ve had one client lose out to other offers on 4 houses now, and had a client put in offers one home that had 9 offers and one that had 10 offers)
