Beer is BIG in Bellingham, I sometimes wonder which sells more, beer or coffee, my guess would be coffee but beer is probably not far behind.The 8th annual Bellingham Beer and Music Festival is an evening event featuring 25 different breweries, up to 75 different beers, plus spirits and wine tasting, and live music by

Net proceeds benefit Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation’s beneficiary organizations: Our TreeHouse, Growing Alliances and Make.Shift Literacy Programs.

Location: North Bellingham Golf Course, 205 West Smith Road in Bellingham
Time: 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (Entry to venue begins at 5:30 p.m., beer service begins at 6 p.m. The last call is at 10 p.m. and the event closes as the last band leaves the stage at 10:30 p.m.)
Cost: $20 to $35 ($30 if purchased in advance, $35 if purchased day of the event at the gate, student discount tickets are $20 advance, $25 at the gate)
Tickets Include:
- A souvenir beer glass
- Full access to beer, spirits and wine tasting and McKay’s Taphouse & Pizzeria’s famous pizza. (Must be age 21 or older)
- Access to all performances
- One BBQ picnic dinner ticket (additional tickets may be purchased during the event for $10)
- BBQ dinner options are hamburgers or hot dogs with the works and chips. Vegetarian options available.
