The Appliance Art Revival, is a celebration of creative reuse for appliances and used parts. This event features wild, fun, like appliance racers on the streets of downtown Bellingham. Think “junk” or what used to be parts of functional appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, stoves and the like. You might find something made from handles, wire, motors, fans, shelves, or any other of the elements you would find in appliance that is no longer functional.
There will be a show and auction of unique art created from recycled appliance parts; reusing parts to creating activities; food, beverages, and late-night dancing to your favorite local bands.
The Appliance Art Revival will be taking place at the Boundary Bay Brewery on Saturday June 4th, The appliance derby race is at 5pm with a silent art auction from 6-8pm.
